GENERAL RENTAL AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

ENJOYYOURLIFES applies these terms and conditions to all its accommodation and reservations.

Each unit comes with standard cleaning, beds made up on arrival, and hotel-quality linen and towels. We keep a close eye on consumables and equipment to make sure you have everything you need, including shower gel, shampoo and washing-up liquid.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Arrivals are possible from 5pm. Early arrivals from 4 pm are possible at an additional cost, payable as an “extra” after booking.

At the end of a stay, departures must be made before 10pm. Late departures up to 12pm are possible at an additional cost, payable as an “extra”. For internal organizational reasons, requests to extend your stay or to check out late must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, i.e. 10 a.m. the day before departure..

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee your request outside this period, and your accommodation must be vacated on the date and time originally agreed. If necessary, a late departure may be charged.

Arrivals are autonomous thanks to an access code. Some of our accommodations may be equipped with keys. If this is the case, all keys given to you on arrival must be returned in accordance with our instructions.

The loss or disappearance of keys, or deposit in an unscheduled pitch, as well as departure after the scheduled time without notifying us, may result in the full amount of the deposit being retained or invoiced.

WARRANTY DEPOSIT 

By booking our accommodation, ENJOYYOURLIFES applies a €300 security deposit. This deposit is a bank imprint that will be “pre-authorized” and “non-cashed” automatically on your credit card, via our online deposit system. The amount must be paid before your arrival in order to gain access to the accommodation. This amount will be released the day after your departure, after deduction of any damage, theft, omissions or breaches of these terms and conditions. In the event of damage or theft of a higher value, ENJOYYOURLIFES reserves the right to withhold payment of a higher amount, equal to the amount of the loss suffered, and/or to take legal action against the traveler who scanned his or her ID during online check-in.

Please note that ENJOYYOURLIFES will do its utmost to avoid any confusion about the operation of the security deposit, and will only withhold the deposit in extreme and necessary cases.

Our ambition is to welcome travelers who are sensitive to the need to respect their surroundings and neighbors, and to ensure that their stay is pleasant and well organized.

INVENTORY ON ARRIVAL

We will not carry out a formal inventory of fixtures with you on your arrival or departure. The accommodation will have been cleaned and checked by our teams prior to your arrival. When you arrive, please inform us immediately of any damage or shortcomings to avoid any confusion. In the event of any damage or inconvenience, our team will be happy to help you as quickly as possible during your stay, simply by calling or e-mailing us, within the limits of our opening hours.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT 

A deposit of 100% of the total cost of your stay is required on booking, including payment of the stay, any tourist taxes, cleaning and linen costs, and any transaction fees.

ACCOMODATION USE

The rented apartment may under no circumstances be considered your principal residence and must be returned to ENJOYYOURLIFES on simple request without delay, after the reservation has been completed. It will be available from the date of your arrival at 5pm to the date of your departure at 10am (excluding extras ordered).  

The furnished real estate available for rent is exclusively for seasonal rental, as a temporary residence and for the pleasure of the lessee. As such, the present rental is excluded from the scope of application of law n°89-462 of July 6, 1989.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

ENJOYYOURLIFES can in no way be held responsible for any illegal activity carried out in one of our accommodations, including prostitution, receiving stolen goods, trafficking or the sale of narcotics. In case of doubt, we will be forced to cancel the reservation without prior notice, and the police will be immediately and systematically notified. 

The deposit may also be withheld to compensate and manage the situation.

CANCELLATION 

In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.

In the event of modification, late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival), or no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the full balance will be due and the agency will have immediate access to the accommodation.

LINEN 

All linen is provided: sheets, towels, napkins and tea towels. We always provide a double bed for two adults. 

We work with a supplier who cleans household linen in an ecological and industrial way, using virucidal products and with a policy of respect for the environment at the heart of its priorities.

The cost of cleaning and linen is included in the cleaning fee attached to the booking.

HOUSEHOLD 

The accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition, with the dishwasher empty, the dishes clean and tidy, the oven and microwave cleaned, and the garbage cans emptied. If the accommodation is dirty beyond normal use, or if the kitchen has not been cleaned on departure, an additional charge for cleaning may be requested and will be payable, based on photos, to cover exceptional restoration costs.

MISCELLANEOUS RULES

Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas and inside apartments. If you have a terrace or balcony, you may smoke there, but be careful not to throw cigarettes on the ground or at neighbors, and make sure to close the door behind you to prevent odors from entering the apartment and bothering other travelers later on.

Parties, and more generally any music via loudspeaker or any other device, are formally forbidden out of respect for the neighborhood. We draw your attention to the fact that most of the apartments are located in residential buildings, and we count on everyone's benevolence and respect for the resident inhabitants. 

ENJOYYOURLIFES reserves the right, in the event of a serious breach of these principles of good community living, and non-compliance with these rules, to unilaterally cancel the reservation and consider eviction without delay.

INTERNET / WI-FI NETWORKS 

Internet access / Wi-Fi is included in the rental at no extra charge, with high-speed access controlled and verified by us.

FORGOTTEN ITEM

If you forget a personal item in your accommodation after your stay, we can return it to you for a fee of 30 euros.

ENJOYYOURLIFES' RESPONSIBILITY

In the event of force majeure making the use or enjoyment of the accommodation impossible, such as water damage for example, we will make every effort to allocate you, with your prior agreement, another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics. 

If the new accommodation offered is not suitable for you, we will refund the full amount of your stay with our deepest apologies.
